There are currently space heaters provided for winter. In late February an AC will be installed for the spring. Water, energy, and internet will be included, you will pay NO BILLS. It can be unfurnished. Or I can furnish the space with a futon, bed, kitchen table and chairs, and kitchenware, for an upcharge. This is negotiable. It is currently available for showings.
