• Quiet Enjoyment The tenant agrees to maintain a peaceful living environment. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior that interferes with the comfort of other residents will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon. Cleanliness The tenant is responsible for keeping their rented space clean and tidy. All personal belongings should be stored appropriately to avoid clutter. The tenant is also responsible for cleaning up after themselves in shared areas, including but not limited to the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. Use of Shared Spaces The tenant agrees to respect the shared spaces within the property. When using common areas such as the kitchen or bathroom, the tenant is required to clean up immediately after use, leaving the space as they found it. Guests The tenant may not have overnight guests unless previously discussed and approved by the landlord. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate action, including possible termination of the lease agreement. Alterations and Repairs The tenant is not allowed to make any alterations or repairs to the room or shared spaces without the landlord's written consent. Respect for Property The tenant agrees to take good care of the property, including the room, furnishings, and any appliances provided. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant and may result in deductions from the security deposit. Smoking and Substance Use Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the lease. Security Deposit A security deposit is required at the time of lease signing. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, provided the room is in good condition and no damages have occurred. Termination of Lease Either party may terminate this lease agreement with proper notice, in accordance with the terms agreed upon. The tenant is required to vacate the room and return all keys, remotes, or other items provided at the end of the lease.
