Kitchenette offers large mounted microwave, cabinet storage space, many kitchen cooking accessories, utensils, and cookware. Also provided: Single electric induction cooktop, air fryer, K-single cup coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, electric kettle, handheld blender, with small sink and mini fridge with freezer. Did I mention access to Movie Theatre Room, with oversize couch, recliner, massage chair and extra-large bean bags. To ensure renters privacy, the Owners have provided door locks and "Do not disturb" door handle signs and keys. Unit has Tuscan style windows to allow for lots of natural light and country views. Also, the room boasts cherry hardwood floors. Private entrance with your own driveway parking. Your Rent is month to month and includes all utilities: water, electrical, septic, garbage and 5G WIFI. Your Lease agreement and Release of Liability Form will be emailed to you prior to move in date and must be filled completely and signed prior to move in date. A non-refundable application and cleaning fee is also added to the first month's rent. We are located in the heart of Wine Country, and are minutes to downtown Newberg, George Fox University, Providence St. Vincent Newberg, and The Willamette River at Rogers Landing. (Standalone Freezers are for the homeowners use only.) 3--Garage; the garage is full of projects, and this is how the Homeowners will access garage and freezer room, at times via Renter's entrance. While our projects are a lot, we make every effort to keep the space clutter free for you to enter and exit easily. **Additional Information: -Renter is free to use the outdoor Side Deck and table. -Studio also comes with access to bicycles for any renter to use to go visit downtown Newberg. -Owners have 2 small, old and friendly dogs. PLEASE NOTE: *Shared Space Additional Information: The Garage and Storage room with shared Fridge is accessible to the Homeowner WITHOUT going through apartment. The only shared space that runs through the home is the Laundry Room on 3rd Floor. You can access this laundry room from kitchen stairwell to main level. Our Rental is month to month, with a minimum stay of 1 month. You can rent short term or long term. Rent includes all utilities, Security Deposit of $275.00 is due with first month's rent and is nonrefundable. An addtional $25,00 application fee is also added to fist month rent and is nonrefundable. Rent is due the First of every month. We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Cards (Merchant fee is the responsibility of renter), we use the credit card software Stripe to process Credit Cards. Lease Agreement & Release of Liability Form must be signed prior to move in. Two week notice is required before move out in writing. There is no smoking or vaping of anything on the property. Only Registered service animals are allowed. Renter is responsible for their own garbage and recycling. Renter needs to keep Apartment clean to avoid pests and bugs. House Rules will be given and reviewed during move in walk through on first day.
