Welcome to Pixys Place, a 1-bedroom apartment in the serene Nine Mile Falls, WA. (Just outside Spokane yet close to med facilities). This fully furnished apartment offers a unique and charming retreat surrounded by woodland forest and overlooking the beautiful lake below. With its warm and inviting ambiance, Pixys Place is designed to cater to all your needs, no matter the length of your stay. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, where you might be greeted by the friendly deer family and entertained by the lively turkeys. End your day with a glass of wine, sit by the gas fire pit, and take in the peaceful serenity and privacy surrounding you. The apartment features a comfortable California King-sized bed, a closet, a TV, and a pull-out /trundle for additional sleeping arrangements (2 child size). The bathroom includes a shower for your convenience. Indoor amenities include high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. The living room has a loveseat, oversized chair, TV, and an electric fireplace, providing comfort and entertainment options. It features composite flooring throughout, adding a touch of elegance to the space. The open-plan and modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar with five barstools, Corian countertops, and all the necessary cooking amenities for your convenience. A washer and dryer are also available in unit for your use. Outdoor space is abundant at Pixys Place, with a wrap deck allowing you to enjoy the stunning views fully. The partial fencing offers privacy, while the gas fire pit, chairs, table, and hammock (in season) provide the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor gatherings. Additionally, an outdoor griller is available for those who enjoy cooking outdoors. Note- in season in ground pool may be available upon request. Also we are bee keepers with a large garden. Pixys Place is located in an area known for its abundance of outdoor seasonal activities. From hiking and biking to swimming in the lake or pool, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, bird watching, climbing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Ski resorts are also within a 1.5-hour drive. Utilities are included w/ rent including Starlink wifi, normal usage. Excessive usage will be charged appropriately with review of bill. Application and background check required. All fees , 1st months rent and non refundable cleaning fee of $150 collected upon acceptance. Pixy's is designed as a mid to short term furnished rental for traveling professionals & perhaps relocation renters, generally 3 to 6 month terms , negotiable. Minimum 30 days notice upon move out & unit to be in condition found upon move in. Unit is rented to person signing lease, can not be sublet & no additional people allowed (perhaps negotiable) without prior notice . Sorry no pets allowed. Note- Owners are bee keepers .Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind.
