This furnished, all-inclusive private suite is ideal for one person who values the aesthetics of their environment and want to be downtown on a quiet side street. Note: there is no kitchen. It is like a hotel room set-up. A new and completely renovated historic space, this gracious first floor suite has a large bedroom with a queen bed, a reading space, a table/desk that doubles for work and eating, a bureau and closet. The finely detailed bathroom has an extra deep soaking tub with shower. For your convenience, the efficiency is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffeemaker, and dishware. Please note that there is a not a full kitchen or a kitchen sink. Everything is provided. You can just show up with your suitcase. There is a private entrance, and a private outdoor porch to sit on, as well as free and available on-street parking. Please send an email with a brief introduction. 1 month minimum. There is a $75 cleaning fee per month in addition to the base $150 cleaning fee.
