About the couple: -Both Gamers, PC and Console -Both work full time, one remotely and the other on location. -Non-partiers, but open to games and conversation -Generally home bodies unless they are visiting family or friends. -They have a female lab mix Looking for: - Single Male or Female or a couple - Age not important however would prefer someone close to their age. - Social drinkers are fine, not looking to have huge parties - Non Smoking - No pets, already have one and she doesn't play too nice with other excited dogs. -Someone clean About the Room: -First room is a Large bedroom with its own kitchenette. Could be a living room set up if not a bedroom -Second bedroom is single private bedroom large enough for a king size bed. -Full basement rental. -Walk in closet in large room -Street Parking -You would have access to the backyard as well -Shared laundry room which is located in basement as well.
