The following percentage allocations shall apply: - If the Tenant household consists of two (2) occupants, the Landlord shall pay 33% and the Tenants shall pay 67% of total shared utility costs. - If the Tenant household consists of three (3) occupants, the Landlord shall pay 25% and the Tenants shall pay 75% of total shared utility costs. - These allocations may be adjusted if occupancy changes. The Landlord shall be responsible for all yard care, landscaping, and exterior property maintenance, which are not included in the shared utility calculation.
