The auction will be held on Friday, October 24th, 2025. A total of 461.9 ± acres will be offered, divided into four (4) individual tracts. Bidding on Tract 1 is scheduled to end at 12:30 PM. Bidding is currently open on Tract 1 and bidding on Tracts 2, 3, and 4 will not open until the prior tract has closed. A ten (10) minute recess will occur between the close of one tract and the start of bidding on the next. Bidding will be conducted exclusively online in numerical order, beginning with Tract 1 and continuing through Tract 4.
