Our unit is located within a 2 minute walk from bus stops that take you directly to either Lake Merritt or Fruitvale BART stations. We are about (driving time) - 20 mins away from downtown SF - 6 mins from Lake Merritt/Downtown Oakland - 9 mins from Jack London Square - 13 mins from OAK airport - 28 mins from SFO airport The space Bedroom: Super comfortable hybrid memory and spring Queen-sized bed with fresh linens, towels, and pillows Living space: The large, bright living room has ample space to enjoy a movie on the 50-inch 4K TV with Chromecast that you can use to cast from your devices. The sofa can be converted into a bed as well of guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with new modern appliances and ample overhead recessed lighting. We provide you with a shoe rack by the door. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints.
