The listing dates are non-negotiable. Two full bedrooms. 1 Queen bed in the master w/ full bath Bunk bed in second room with Twin and Full size bed. Fully furnished w/ kitchen/eating supplies, kurieg. The unit is No Pets & No Smoking. Please read before Requesting as Terms below are non-negotiable. This is a winter / 6 month lease only and the dates are locked at 11/1 to 4/30 (move out by 12:00 noon). This is a fully furnished (minus linens) property used for short term rental. There will be no modifications done by the renter during their time and the house will remain as is and ready to be moved in. The rent is $1500 a month plus utilities (water and power). First months rent is $3,000 (including (1,500 deposit).The rent is due on the first of the month by 12:00 pm noon via e-payment (Zelle,Venmo). No pets (regardless of size, purpose, age or type) and no Smoking in the house. Two parking spaces out front of condo. Unit is on the second floor. Pictures are pretty clear, can organize a personal walk through for property after Labor Day if necessary.
