References available from any of my former Marines that have lived here. I have had many Marines live here and leave for MSG or year deployments and come back to live here again upon their return. One of my former Marines who lived here did a year in Afgan and returned to live here again for 3 more years. Have had lifers of 20 plus and 30 years retire out from my home, Majors, Gunners, enlisted etc. This is a family atmosphere where where ppl get along with one another and respect eachother. This Quiet area is 10 minutes to Camp Pendeltons back gate, also very close to the 76, the 5 and the 78 freeways and shopping. The house is very clean, friendly, respectful and looking for the same. Must like dogs, or at least not be afraid of them as there are dogs here, so NO pets please..Breeds are 1 Alaskan Malamute, great dog. The Neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe with good people. You Must be responsible, clean and timely with your rent. NO DRUGS, AND NO DRAMA. If you are a party animal this is not the place for you!!.
