Very quiet neighborhood. I have a dog and consider pets on a case by case basis. Come join me (f36) and my dog (f9) in my retro ranch home with a huge back yard and pool near Fort Meade in Odenton. Perfect for someone working near Fort Meade and is also near highways to be easily accessible to Annapolis (20 mins), Baltimore (30 mins) or DC (45 mins). The room is available as of Sept 1, 2025 for a single person. I have another room available if you are a couple looking for a space. - Rent is $1025 for long term (1 year) leasers with utilities included (electric, heat, Internet, water, trash) each month and free uncovered parking. Fully furnished if needed, or not if preferred. - mid term rental (3-6 months) is available for $1200 per month, fully furnished and utilities included. - You would share the hall bathroom with 1 other roommate. - Covered parking can be offered for an additional fee. - Deposit is $850 - All leases are month to month - Pets considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit ($500) The application process requires a pre-screening, then view the space in person or virtually, followed formal application with $35 application fee to pay for credit check, background check, proof of income and landlord referrals if applicable.
