Is renewable as long as mutually agreed by tenant and landlord. RENT AND FINANCES *Rent is $2,195 per month. *Security deposit is $2195 - refunds of deposit depends upon move out condition. We do not apply security deposit to last month's rent. *Security deposit and rent due not later than two days before lease start date. Payment must be in form of cashiers check or bank certified checks. *Income for the household should not be less than $4500 per month and must be verifiable. Employment and rental references must also be verifiable. *Each applicant at and above 18 years of age needs to provide an application, provided by the landlord, at the cost of $60 per application. The fee must be paid in cash, money order or cashiers check. The landlord will have the application run through a third party screening company which will check credit and nationwide criminal history. Minimum credit score of 600 for each applicant. Criminal records and evictions are reasons for denials. * We do not accept re-useable screening reports. *Any applicant will also have to show a valid (current) ID issued by US government with a photo at time of application. *Please also provide recent rental reference, and proof of income and employment for most recent three months.
