*Income for the household should not be less than $4500 per month and must be verifiable. Employment and rental references must also be verifiable.
*Each applicant at and above 18 years of age needs to provide an application, provided by the landlord, at the cost of $60 per application. The fee must be paid in cash, money order or cashiers check. The landlord will have the application run through a third party screening company which will check credit and nationwide criminal history. Minimum credit score of 600 for each applicant. Criminal records and evictions are reasons for denials.

*Any applicant will also have to show a valid (current) ID issued by US government with a photo at time of application.
