We are leasing a beautiful renovated home in the heart of Omaha. I'm hoping to lease the home from January - May, 2025, month to month or for the full 4 - 5 months. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and 3 beds and a bath/laundry room in the lower level. There is new carpeting in the lower level. There are TV's all throughout the house. We have high speed internet. A front porch with a porch swing and a deck & patio in the back. The garage is not available but there is a long driveway. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and UNMC & Creighton. I will write up a lease agreement to be signed aa week before the move in date
