Davenport Dwellings is the perfect home base to see all of Omaha! Other things to note Tip for the keypad lock: As you are entering the numbers in you need to hear a beep after each # entered. If you don't hear the beep, the number is not recognized. The keypad will go to "sleep" after not being used so the first button you push may "wake up" the pad and then you will need to re-enter the full code again to hear beeps after all the #'s. Getting Around Car is best for exploring the entire city but there are essentials and public transportation close by! We have multiple furnished units at this location. We do ask that you provide a photo of your pet. We limit pets to 1-2 per unit depending on size, and require an additional non-refundable security deposit. Be prepared that your pet(s) will need to be leashed at all times outside the unit, and you should pick up all waste and dispose of appropriately. To apply for one our units, we request the following items: 1.) Copy of the id's for all adults planning to occupy the unit. 2.) If traveling for work purposes, please plan to provide a copy of the contract or work orders. 3.) If this an insurance claim placement, please plan to provide a copy of the insurance adjusters paperwork covering temporary housing. 4.) For all other renters, please plan to provide a copy of the 3 most recent bank statements, and the last 3 paystubs.
