In addition, It is in a quiet community with many street parking lots, and around 1 mile away from highway 60. For each room, we are looking for a male roommate who respects the following house rules: (1) No party, and no sleepover. (2) No smoking cigarettes/marijuana, and no drugs (3) No laundry after 11pm.
