The ideal roommate would be working professionals with a stable and reliable job. Rental Application Information: * Application Fee: $40 (this is to cover the cost of background and credit check) * Online application Lease Options: Flexible lease options are available | Month to Month up to 6 months About Utilities: * Owner pays for trash, and sewer * Residents pays for all other utilities including but not limited to: gas, electric, lawn maintenance, internet, ect.
