A communal stone garden with a propane grill, raised beds overflowing with produce, herbs and flowers, lattice for privacy and an impressive stone table for summer BBQs.
Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor (note, there is a step between the front hall and living areas) and two bedrooms are on the second floor. All three bathrooms are full bathrooms.

Many renovations and additions of this old farmhouse have resulted in several HVAC systems: Radiant floor heating in primary suite bathroom, family room, laundry room, bdrm 2 and second floor. Forced air heating in the primary suite and radiators throughout the living spaces and bedroom 3. Central A/C installed in 2021, yet the age and piecemeal design of the house limited the A/C capacity and does not run to the laundry room, bedroom 2 nor 3, however window units are available and bedroom 3 cools if the door is left open. The primary suite is on its own HVAC system such that heat and A/C can be controlled separately from the rest of the house.
There is a barn and two other houses are on the property: Our renovated 2-bedroom house adjacent this house and a 2-bdrm airbnb cottage which is in a private location behind the barn and has its own driveway. At the moment, we do operate as a working farm, with forest-raised hogs in the Sumer (May-October) and a farm shop open Saturdays 9-12. (In the summer months, we are at the Hamburg Farmer's Market instead barn hours). The owners (4 siblings) do not live on the property, however they pop by daily to care for the animals or occasionally stay at the cottage). The property manager (owner) lives in Massachusetts but is present every few weeks and available 24/7 remotely.

Pets of any size allowed, but must be house trained, do not jump up / risk scratching the woodwork or doors, and have no history of aggression towards humans or other dogs and be vaccinated against rabies.
