The home opens up to a common dining area next to the fully set up kitchen with a LARGE fridge, sink, oven, stove-top, dishwasher, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal.. The washer and dryer are right next to the kitchen for easy multi-tasking. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of outlets, lighting, and accommodations for storing lots of clothes. All areas have been quieted so that each room is private and peaceful. Furnishings (mattress,box spring, frame, nightstand, lamp, etc.) are included for your convenience. There is a brick firepit, 2 lanais, and a well-lit backyard for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is very walk-able and close to the 22-mile West Orange Trail. It is also close to public transit, and you won't be far from all Orlando has to offer.
