As far as the house goes large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, two refigerators. Large wrap around couch in living room and big screen tv. There is a full olympic weight rack in the garage for use. House is convenientely located near school and waterford lakes mall. There are no parties allowed and the house is kept quiet and clean and conducive for studying. The current tenants/roomates are all male 1 Year preferred
