The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available. House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine. Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you. Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs Lease length is flexible - minimum rental is 3 days. We also accept weekly and monthly rentals.
