This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. Getting Around The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs.
