    Looking for a professional person who works outside of the home. Unfortunately, remote work or home-based businesses are not a fit for this rental. One person only please. No Couples. Sorry no pets. This is 2-Story house and is only about 10 houses from the community pool and fitness center. The house has a total of 5 Bedrooms. Your bedroom and bathroom would be on the first floor. It is very quiet and peaceful here. I am not looking for just for any renter but someone who is a good fit. We share kitchen and laundry and are renting it together. Ideally, we all have chill energy and enjoy what this home has to offer. No parties. No smoking. All utilities inclusive. You will also have access to the community pool and gym. What I need from you? Its fairly simple - proof of income, copy of driver's license, and a Rentspree application (with $40 application fee paid to Rentspree). We can have a quick chat and decide if it sounds like a good fit. 3-month minimum stay is ideal, with the option to extend forever if you are a good fit! $1395 for monthly rent and $1395 for security deposit; $150 non-refundable cleaning fee for move-out.
