Lease is for 12 months beginning December 1, 2025. Owner pays for Water, Sewage, and Gas. Tenant pays for Electricity and Trash (billed every 2 months). There is no parking space included in this home, however street parking is free. Tenant is allowed to have 1 small dog as she has mentioned, however she must ensure that the dog does not cause damage, has it's poop picked up, and does not leave the property without a leash. No smoking is allowed in the unit or within 15ft of any doors or open windows. No excessive or unsightly storage outside the property without approval of the landlord. No parties with more than 6 people without the approval of the landlord. No permanent modifications to the interior or exterior of the property without approval of the landlord. Tenant has mentioned they have kids - and is responsible for any damages caused to doors, walls, and appliances on the property. Shower door & other glass areas of the house must be wiped or dried after use to prevent from calcification buildup over time. Tenant understands that the property owner intends to build privacy wall between units outdoors, so there may be minor construction activity at some point in time.
