Owner does not live onsite but does periodically access garage and rear alley parking. This is a monthly mid-term rental only; available for 30+ days. Fees are : rent + 1 cleaning + a fully refundable damage deposit. Weekly lawn maintenance is provided. Deal makers : our home is small, but has been perfect traveling nurses, retired couples, and nomad remote workers looking for a clean, safe, quiet location.
