A master bedroom that looks out at the pool and palms w/ a gigantic walk in closet and dedicated work space. 70" smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom as well as 50" smart TVs in each guest room. It's just 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs in a quiet gated community that offers tennis, basketball and more. Guest access You will have access to the community tennis courts as well as pool and jacuzzi. Other things to note -A/C should be between 65-75 degrees, anything below is considered excess use of electricity and charges will be assessed. -Pool is serviced Tuesdays & Fridays late mornings so please be aware there will be someone on site. -Trash is collected Mondays. Someone will unlock the side gate to remove bins and put them back.
