We are looking for a short to mid-term professional, who is wanting a temporary place, that needs the amentities we offer. Apartment is available 1/1/2026. Utilities included Electric, Water, WIFI, trash, lawn service. There is off street parking with no additional fee. Our one bedroom fully furnished apartment features a secure, private entry, an eat in Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee pot, Cookware and dishes. The Livingroom has a full sofa and streaming device on a 32" TV. The Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, armoire and nightstand with built in receptacle for plugging in your electronics. The bathroom has a large tiled shower, and linens are included. There is a small fenced yard with grass area for the dog and outside seating with table with shade sail. Heating and cooling via Wall mounted 2 MINI SPLIT units. The furnishings are for the tenants use and must stay. Background screening for each adult tenant is needed. Please only two people/tenants. The water, trash, power, Wifi are included. There is off street parking. We have a non-smoking policy inside the building. Any hobbies that make strong odors, are not allowed inside, such as acrylic nail work. The apartment does not have ventilation to accommodate these activities. Please no candles and no inscense burning, no cigars, cigarettes, no vaping indoors We allow one small to medium size dog allowed, $300 non-refundable deposit. No aggressive breeds. We do have small dogs that live with us on the property, but they do not have access to apartment. Cleaning fee of $150 Refundable security deposit $1550.
