Our safe & spacious walkout basement offers added privacy with a separate entrance to the unit, and provides all the comforts of a home including full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. We are only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Parker and I-25. Various restaurants, grocery stores, parks, hikes, etc. are only a few minutes drive away. The bedroom comes with a memory-form queen bed with frame, soft and clean sheets and pillows, dedicated workspace with office chair and monitor for productive working sessions, and a closet to store your personal belongings. Small space heater and tower fan are provided. AC/Heat is central.
