Rental Requirements:

Pay Stubs: 3.5x the rent for 1-2 adults with income or 4.5x the rent for 3+ adults with income or
Bank Statements: Savings = 9x the rent (combined accounts from all adults and uplad last 3 statements for each account)
Rent Payment: Tenants must pay rent on the agreed-upon date each month. Late payments may incur penalties or late fees.
Security Deposit: Tenants must pay a security deposit upon signing the lease. This deposit will be held to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear and will be returned at the end of the lease term, subject to deductions for damages, if any.
Occupancy Limits: The lease agreement will specify the maximum number of occupants allowed in the rental unit. Additional occupants may require landlord approval.
Subleasing: Subleasing the rental unit to another party is not permitted.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, trash, landscaping, and internet/cable services, unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement.
Trash and Recycling: Tenants must properly dispose of trash and recyclables according to the rules and schedules provided by the landlord or property management.
Garden and Yard Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, such as lawn care, gardening, and landscaping, as specified in the lease agreement.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental unit without prior approval from the landlord. If pets are permitted, tenants may be required to pay an additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent.
Noise and Disturbances: Tenants must not create excessive noise or disturbances that interfere with the peace and quiet of other residents in the building or neighborhood.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the rental unit and within common areas of the building.
Alterations and Decorations: Tenants must obtain written permission from the landlord before making any alterations or decorations to the rental unit.
Insurance: Tenants are required to obtain renter's insurance to protect their personal belongings from loss or damage.
Parking: Parking rules and regulations, including assigned parking spaces, guest parking, and towing policies, will be outlined in the lease agreement.
