Basement apartment: I am renting the basement of my home which has 2 bedrooms sizes 10.5 x 12.5 feet and 10 x 12 feet, a full bathroom with laundry inside the closet, living room space and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, apartment size fridge with adequate fridge and freezer space for 1-2 people, and an apartment sized stove with 4 burners and an oven. The apartment is separate from the upper. However, the laundry is shared and I will have 2-3 days during the week when I will do laundry. Rent includes water, electric, and WiFi.
