An upstairs unit in a sweet farmhouse on a small farm in Petaluma. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an office. The kitchen is not a full kitchen. It does not have a full stove. It has a microwave that is also a convection oven and an air fryer. We are using a small induction cooktop. The kitchen is fully stocked with every other kitchen item you can imagine. We have the George Foreman grill, a crock pot, electric kettle, coffee maker, you name it. We didn't know there was such a thing, but we even have a quesadilla maker. We are hoping for a mid-term rental (3 to 6 months). utilities are covered. No smoking.
