Enjoy a short drive to petoskey or harbor springs and access to crooked lake for fishing/boating. There are two houses on property and both share the beachfront so cottage rules apply (be respectful of neighbors). Individual fire pit for each cottage is available and use of kyaks and dock while renting is also available. 9 month or year lease is available at different rates. Potentially pet friendly depending on breed of animal. Some dog breeds are restricted due to insurance. A one time pet fee may apply and small additional amount may apply per pet. No smoking of any kind in the house and no subleasing. House comes fully furnished with off street parking for up to two cars. Use of kyaks and dock are permitted while dock is in. You are not allowed to take kyaks off property and are responsible for damages. Cottage comes with washer and drier. Small pets may be considered for additional monthly charge.
