The apartment comes with a patio area and off-street parking for one, mayyyyybe two cars. We'll allow one cat with additional pet deposit. About us: my mother and sister live in the casita in the back and I live four doors down, which means someone is almost always on hand in case there's a clogged drain or whatever. We pride ourselves on making sure our tenants have safe, clean, comfortable homes. The house is located in the historic Villa Verde section of Encanto. Most of the houses are nearly 100 years old and many have decorative facades, arches, chimneys and fancy roofs. We have a great community vibe-- we trade fruits and vegetables with our neighbors and all try to help each other out.
