They will not have access to the studio or the 1 bed unit on the property 2) Tenants acknowledge to allow quarterly inspections (date and time to be confirmed by all parties) 3) Street Parking 4) Tenant agrees to provide copies of the driver's license 5) Tenant acknowledges that there are scorpions in the area /property and that regular pest control is done at the property.
