This is renting one bedroom in a four bedroom house. This is for only one person. It's not big enough to have kids visiting once in a while or friends. The other tenants are all older males. No pets allowed either. There's absolutely no drinking or smoking or any drugs of any kind in this house Owner does live in the house. I've heard all the stories about all these other houses with rooms for rent and what happens in them! Those things do not go on here guaranteed! This is a month a month with $200 deposit . The pros on this room as I made them for what I needed when I first moved down 20 years ago, Rent Room. I want my own fridge my own microwave into control my own AC and heat. I haven't heard of any other places that you can control your own AC and heat and you have a refrigerator at these sizes. Street parking right in front of the house . It's near Highway 51 and Thunderbird on the east side, which is the better side. It's considered Paradise Valley Oasis. All utilities are included. It comes with a smart TV. I do have Internet, but everybody pretty much uses their phones these days. It comes with a shared bathroom and one other bathroom with just the toilet in it. There is one dog in the house already . You're allowed to use the kitchen and pretty much any space in the house except other people's rooms . The group of people are in this house have been here for a very long time. Most people stay very, very long time as long as you're cool and don't have any problems.. The room is smaller. It's a 10 x 10 I'm willing to accommodate by adding some possible furniture that's needed. It's a very very quiet environment. There is fruit on the trees at times in the back, but I've reclaimed the house and working on the landscaping in the fruit trees to start producing fruit again.
