Willing to rent out 1st level on a month to month basis or 6 months to 1 year lease.
1st level:
Shared rooms - office room, living room, kitchen, closet, toilet
Private rooms - full bathroom and bedroom.
2nd level: Reserved for owner (3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a spacious mezzanine area).
Note: As of now planning to keep the 2nd level for the owner. 1st level has many cupboards and closets which will be partially occupied with owner's belongings. Ready to work on it more as per your need.

Rent per month: $1800 and needs to be paid on 1st day of the month
When tenancy starts in the middle of the month, you'll likely pay a prorated rent for the partial month, and then full rent starting on the 1st of the following month, or your lease may be structured to start on the 15th and end on the 14th of the following month.
Prior to receiving keys and gaining access to the property, Tenant agrees to pay in full the first month's rent and the security deposit.
Failure to make these payments by the deadline will result in the lease being terminated."

Maintain the Property: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and reasonable condition.
Notify Landlord of Issues: Tenants should notify their landlord of any maintenance issues or problems with the property.
Adhere to Lease Terms: Tenants must adhere to all terms of the lease or rental agreement.
Reasonable Noise Levels: Tenants should maintain reasonable noise levels in the dwelling unit.
Notice of Vacating: Tenants must notify their landlord when looking to vacate their rented premises.
Notice of Extended Out-of-Town Trips: Tenants should let the landlord know whenever they will be out of town for an extended period of time.
