We have a fully renovated 3 bedroom apartment in central Pittsfield. It is located one street away from North Street with a very short walk to the center of town. It will be available December 1st. We are renovating now and will update this post with photos as progress is made. This is a three bedroom (or 2 bedroom with an office), 1/2 of a duplex, apartment has two floors, with small shared yard. It has 1.5 bathrooms. One off-street parking spot, laundry hookups, new high efficient heater, and is completely renovated. There is a large enclosed front porch, a small side porch and large utility room/pantry on the first floor. This home was fully insulated by Mass Save. Utilities are not included. There is a full parking lot next door. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Water/Sewer is included, but excessive use over a generous threshold will be billed directly to tenant.
