This suite is located in the base of the barn, and the rest of the barn is not accessible to tenants. During warm weather there is an outdoor seating area for tenant use. This is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and quiet use of this property is appreciated. Park ONLY in the driveway of the property. There should be no parking on the street. Thank you.
