A living room fireplace provides the ambiance; the cottage is comfortably furnished and decorated. Heat, electric, water, trash pickup, and Wi-Fi are included. Window air conditioners are provided for the summer months, as well as an outdoor grill, firepit, and outdoor furniture. All outside maintenance is included. Though secluded, it's still easy access to all your wishes, wants, and desires. At the cottage, you are in the woods, yet close to everything in the Hudson Valley. Cottage residents have access to our 20-acre property, which is marked, as well as the living space of the cottage. They do not have access to the attic, basement, or garage of the home. (Maple tree tapping, landscaping, and all other maintenance is handled by the owners, who live in the house next door to the cottage.) Utilities are included.
