I have a bedroom available in my 4 bed, 2 bath, single-story, ranch-style home. The room is unfurnished. It has hardwood floors and bamboo blinds. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. The house is in a centrally-located neighborhood, close to Safeway and just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and parks. There is laundry in the garage and plenty of street parking.
