I am seeking a responsible, roommate for this special beachfront private bedroom and bathroom. The requirements are as the following: minimum period is one year with lease, verifiable employment, clean background and credit check, does not smoke, no pet. You will enjoy outstanding beachfront views and living, recently remodeled and painted kitchen and bathroom, central A/C and heat, in-unit W/D and balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Further amenities include full furnished bedroom with TempurPedic King size bed and Big screen TV, 24 hour security, heated pool, fitness room, library, and parking space. Cable, WiFi and utilities are included in the monthly rent. Monthly rent is $1700 and pay at the first of each month. The security deposit equals to one month's rent and paid at the signing of the lease. Total Move in $3400 unless mutually agreed otherwise. The space will be available for move in after the application process is completed, including approvel and any required documentation. The prospective roommate may move in only after all necessary steps are finalized. One year minumum. no pets, no smoking in the entire community. No guest sleepover. No drugs. Any violation of condo rules and the afore mentioned will cause immiatiate evication. Tenant bears any legal fees incurred from the evication process due to tanants failures to adhere to the lease, rules and regulations.
