There are 2 private covered decks with ample space for a family or group of up to 7. The spacious back yard is a shared area with Unit 2. Unit 2 is a newly renovated 1BR/1BA unit with a full kitchen. The house is on a 1/3 of an acre, and in a quiet and peaceful small neighborhood about 10 minutes from town. It's close to Olympic National Park and the Deer Park entrance, with trails and hiking close by. There is a large renovated shed that is used as the shared laundry room for both units. There is also extra storage space in this shed as well. Lastly, there is another large shed in the back yard that stores tools, supplies, and the like. All utilities are covered by the owners. Smoking only outside and pets allowed on a case-by-case basis, unless discussed prior to signing a lease. We may be open to small, well-behaved pets.
