This is a 'mid-term' rental, with an initial 6 month lease which may be extended month-to-month on a case by case basis. A 3 month lease may be possible for traveling medical professionals under contract. Utilities are included, with City of Port Angeles utilities (water, sewer, electricity, garbage) covered up to $250/month, with any excess billed monthly to the tenant.
