You'll have a key code and a key to get into the front door as well as a key to get into your bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway right next to your bedroom. The amenities include Wi-Fi, central AC, cable TV, security. The room is currently unfurnished, but the full-size mattress and the bedframe are still available if you need it additionally, it's an en suite bathroom. That means that the bathroom is located inside the bedroom. This is set up very similar to a studio apartment you also have a walk-in closet. No smoking on the premises, no guests allowed unless approved by the owner, no overnight guests, single occupant only, subject to background and credit check, prefer minimum stay of 12 months, can renew annually.
