It's a lovely, second story space with a "tree-house" vibe; light-filled kitchen with all the works (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), full deck with wee water views, super comfy bedroom (separate from the living room), and cozy living and dining area. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. The apartment is in the Gise + Holcomb street neighborhood, and is just a quick bike ride, walk, transit, or drive from uptown and downtown. While it's tucked in a neighborhood, it is surrounded by trees and is super quiet and private. Musicians welcome, although a friendly note that this isn't a party spot as neighbors are quite close by and we are all respectful of each other's work and sleep schedules! This is a beautiful space that I've loved living in, and I'm looking for someone who will enjoy it while I'm away. Water paid by landlord. Renter covers electric (split between three units on the property). Rental period between August 15 - December 15.
