This is a furnished, mother-in-law-style basement unit with private entrance in the St Johns neighborhood not far from Cathedral Park. Everything is very walkable - there is a grocery store, hardware store, pet store, bus stop, and several bars and coffee shops just a few blocks away. House is owned by a happily divorced couple - one of us lives upstairs with a friendly dog and the other live off-site but helps manage the rental. (We respect your privacy and no need to interact with us, but you can use the back yard, if you want.) We used to rent this unit as a short-term airbnb and all of the guests left positive reviews, now prefer longer-term tenants so that we do not have to be as actively involved. 6-12 month lease available. Move-in date also flexible, ideally by first week of Feb. All utilities included: water, sewer, garbage, electric, internet - capped at $200/month (for reference, the estimated average usage for 1 person would be like half that.) Laundry room is shared and can coordinate a regular schedule for use if preferred. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. There is a ton of free street parking available 24/7 without restriction.
