    Beautifully furnished room in historic manor. This home goes beyond simply furnished with amenities like infrared sauna, fully stocked chef's kitchen, garden, back yard front porch and ample space with a good balance between me time and interactions. This two story apartment is very well preserved with gorgeous woodworking throughout. The furnishings are unique and many were made custom for the space. There is also bike storage and a small workshop in the garage. Utilities are paid up front with the rent and are split among us. They include high speed internet, water, suer, gas, electric, garbage and some shared items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and light bulbs. The average is $165 per month per person when the rooms are full. Though you will be joining our lease, if you need to exit I ask for 30 days notice for the first of an up and coming month. After this time if the room is still vacant the cost will be covered and simple paper work can remove you from the lease.
