It's also only 5-10 minutes to Kenton and most neighborhoods in North Portland. It will be fully furnished and include all kitchenware etc. It's $1,000 a week or $3,300 a month plus $500 deposit. Includes all utilities and fast WIFI. Dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. NO cats, sorry. It's a very special property has a perennial garden in the front and fruit trees sprinkled throughout the lot.
