    Private room upstairs with beautiful arched ceiling. The flooring is hardwood LVP. You will receive your own code for the front entrance, and a key to your bedroom. I, the landlord will provide parking in the garage. The bathroom is shared, and includes a good sized bathtub. Three other people currently reside in the house, but we all keep to ourselves. The house is all shared. There are currently cats on the property. The house is in a secure neighborhood. This is a 12 month lease. Be respectful of the property and clean up after yourself. Smoking is not permitted on the property, along with no drugs allowed. If caught using any type of drug, then you will be in violation of the lease agreement and will immediately be evicted. Do not steal from anybody in the household. I have outdoor security cameras. You are renting the room while you have access to the laundry room, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard.
