I love the area, as it is around a five minute drive to Ft. LEE. This house is very unique, as you go out the back door and your in the woods and it has a great scenery when you wake up and drinking coffee. Country living. Then the front brings you to the city life. It has a one car garage attached to the home, and a detached full size shop in the back, that fits a 3500hd, 8ft bed, Duramax, it comes with lockers and storage. Inside the home has plenty to do. Downstairs is a big open room, and leads into a full bath. The living room has a built in bookshelf and a great living area. Upstairs has the master bedroom and full bath. Then it has a office that has a half bathroom that leads to the hallway. Also, upstairs has a full bedroom for the little ones. The office was used as a game/mancave and leads to the second floor deck (off limits, for renovations). The home will be picked for the amazing family, to live. UPDATES: As soon as I bought it, we have been working on updates. We currently finished the stairs and will be starting the wall in the room downstairs. We added almost all new windows with five left to install. The master bedroom has new carpet and has been updated. The refrigerator is new. It has solar panels that save on electricity bills. RENOVATIONS TO DO: windows, new flooring, finish upstairs carpet, patio window/door, repaint exterior, and wall and door for downstairs bedroom, the decks outside(DO NOT USE THE SECOND FLOOR DECK, ITS OFF LIMITS TO ALL) I'm asking 2000 for rent, with the assurance that the families are OK with my contractor company to finish the updates on the home as the new families live in it. The contractor is very kind and respectful of my family and whoever moves in. This means the tenant(s), landlord and contractor will work together to accomplish one common goal, the health of this beautiful home. I hope this helps get you wanting to move into this country home. PLEASE READ: Renters have to be on a 12 month lease or longer, depending on what the Renter would like, 2 or more years. Zillow site only has one year to choose from. I will start scheduling showings now and accepting applications. Renter pays for any other bills: water, electric, garbage, wifi, cable, etc. Any damages from date of move in to date of move out, is on the renters. No pet deposit, but it's on the renters if any pets damage the home. Renters agreement for rental of this home for at least a year. During this time updates to home will be made and the renters will be notified well in advance and should not hinder living. If smoking, please do outside and police yourself. Owner will pay for any issues with home that the renters didn't cause. Renters should get insurance.
